Drink 8 glasses of water a day

Apparently this is the amount of water that you need to drink every day to be healthy and I don't drink nearly this much which I should be doing.  I have heard it takes 21 days to break an old habit or create a new one and I am going to add a few more days on to make sure that water drinking becomes a natural part of my day.  So after a month I will consider this goal completed.
