I took a cooking class with my brother at Sur la Table and it was wonderful. We learned how to make steamed mussels in a tomato and vermouth broth. The main entree was seared chicken in a tarragon and dijon mustard sauce with blanched green beans in a caper and lemon vinaigrette. For dessert we made chocolate souffles with a raspberry filling. We had a really lovely time.
