I'm totally with you on feeding a penguin by hand -- they're the cutest things ever -- but I don't think you can do this in Antarctica. My impression is that it would be against the environmental guidelines down there as they're wild creatures. However, I know of some sites (SeaWorld in the US, Antarctic Centre in NZ) that offer backstage tours with penguin interactions...
