Try vegemite

I'm from California, but lived in Oz for a year as an exchange student in 1983. Vegemite was on the table every morning, so we ate a lot of it. Can't say I loved it, but didn't dislike it either. Mostly ate just to have a complete experience :)

G'dai Hannah!

I've visited NSW on three separate occasions, and tried Vegemite each visit, but like Scotch Whisky I've never been able to get used to the somewhat bitter yeast taste. Has the company ever published a nutrient list (anti-oxidants, etc) that you're aware of?

vegemite seems to be a cheap knock off from marmite which is the slogan love it or hate it

I've been wanting to try both vegemite and marmite just because. Then I read the Amazon reviews and became discouraged. However, your goal has sparked my interest again!
