Make an Igloo and live in it for a week

Tried this as a kid. Couldn't do it! When I was 6 or 7 and living in Maine, my family made an "igloo" out of the giant pile of show built up from the snowblower. Later that day, I announced that I was running away from home and would be living in the igloo. My parents were unmoved, "Okay, see ya later!" I stayed maybe 1/2 an hour before the cold drove me inside. As an adult, I'm probably too whimpy to make it much longer. Best of luck to you!!

Thats sounds like something my parents would say if i did that! Although i live in southern california, and it does not snow here so i will have to make a trip up to the snow soon. I will have to have lots of blankets haha.

A friend of mine did that recently in the UK when we only had about 8 inches of snow. Its all about making bricks and compacting them, building it up by using those like normal bricks and the soft snow to bind the bricks together.

my friend did this once too, made bricks from a loaf tin! when i was skiing there was an igloo they'd made:)
