I would love to swim in a natural hot spring - it would be amazing in somewhere like Iceland in the mountains where your surroundings are snowy and cold too. Blue Lagoon is one of the most famous:

Its not iceland but they have natural hot springs everywhere

Went there last month and I totally recommend it! It's like a big hot tub but the floor feels like you are in the ocean.
