When I retire in my fifties I would love to buy a beautifully crafted sail boat in need of restoration. Spend many days working on the boat while harbored in the bay. Staying on the boat periocically with my teenage kids and as the restoration progresses, learning how to sail it. After completing restoration and sailing on it with family, sell for a profit, and start the whole process over.

You may find that restoring a boat, one time is enough. Spend the rest of your time just enjoying and maintaining it. Dad
