Right now I think my personal best is around 30 push-ups. I'm working on trying to get back into shape and push-ups are an excellent way to build strength and muscles. Last year I was doing push-ups a few times a week and results were beginning to show in my muscle development, but then I stopped and went off my diet as well. Now the time is to get back into shape and this is a great benchmark for marking my progress. I don't think many people could do 100 push-ups on command, but I hope to be capable of it soon.
