Ok this should probably be better titled 'try windsurfing' as I definitely am not an expert windsurfer after an hour of trying but I did really enjoy it and would love to windsurf again.

We got a free half hour lesson on ouir honeymoon in the Maldives. The lesson was just on a board on the beach and I picked it up quite quickly.

Later when the wind picked up, Alex and I took a windsurf out to practice in the ocean. A bit of a different story trying to balance on the board in the water! After loads and loads of falling off I got the hang of it though and actually managed to catch the wind and go. Haven't mastered turning the board round yet but looking forward to the next time I get to windsurf!

basics are pretty easy. After a weekend training I was surfing by myself :) It's awsome!

Ah fantastic! I go to the Maldives for my honeymoon in May and we get a half an hour windsurfing lesson included which I'm so excited about :)
