My Mother had stage 4 breast cancer when I was in high school and ended up getting a bone marrow transplanet which saved her life. Thankfully, they were able to use her own bone marrow, but plenty of people aren't so lucky. I'm so grateful she made it though; I would love to give someone else the gift of bone marrow that can not use their own.

This is an amazing thing to put on your bucket list =) I've always wanted to be a bone marrow donor but I had cancer and I can't join the registry

I wish I could, but knowing that I have live the UK in the Mid 80s, I am not allow to donate blood either.

I'm on the register but haven't yet been asked to donate. It would be a privalege to be able to do that for someone.
