I went on a cruise in January 2006 and had the opportunity to go horseback riding on Saint Maarten. We ended the ride on the beach and went into the ocean with our horses! Needless to say, my sneaks were ruined, but it was well worth it :)

I've done this. I was 17. Living in Oregon. The weather was awesome and the smell of the ocean side was so wonderful. The horses were breath taking to say the least. :) Great experience.
